Exchange and return policy

In order to provide you with a service that is worthy of you, Neveli replaces products that are damaged due to shipping, and the mechanism for dealing with them is as follows:


Contact us within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment by the customer, and the signs of damage must be clarified through

Attached with the order number.


It will be replaced with the same damaged product or its value, depending on availability, after we receive the damaged product.




The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is confirmed.


Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.


The replacement or refund process may take up to 10 business days.






Retrieval:




- When returning a product that is intact and undamaged, i.e. in its original condition, the customer will bear the return shipping fee of 27 riyals, which will be deducted from the value of the returned product.


- In the event of a return due to damage upon delivery or delivery of an incorrect product, the customer will not have to pay the shipping fees.


After we receive the shipment from the shipping company, we will check it and then we will return the amount to the card you used.


The refund process will take place within 3-14 business days.
